Black Beans

 

2 T. margarine

½ c. diced celery

¾ c. diced sweet onion

2 cans black beans, drained

½ c. chipotle salsa or chipotle chiles, diced

Sauté celery and onion in margarine until translucent and tender.  Stir in black beans and heat through.  Stir in salsa.  Cover and keep warm until served.
